3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed invoice schedule. Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins. Full payment may be required before project completion unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights for custom work completed by ZALAS.tech will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party plugins or assets used under license.

5. Revisions

The number of revisions included will be defined in the scope of work. Additional revisions or scope changes outside the initial agreement may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided once we have started work on your project.

• If a project is canceled before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

• Any third-party service costs (e.g., domain registration, plugins, hosting) are non-refundable.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

7. Project Timelines

While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in client feedback. We are not liable for missed deadlines due to client-related delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZALAS.tech will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to website downtime, third-party service failure, or misuse of any service we provide.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project or service agreement if the client violates these terms, fails to make payment, or engages in unethical or unlawful behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

ZALAS.tech may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
